Problems with Sleep Deprivation

There are many health problems with sleep deprivation. Here are just a few that were listened in the information my Doctor sent "Sleep disorders and chronic sleep loss can put you at risk for: Heart disease Heart attack Heart failure Irregular heartbeat High blood pressure Stroke Diabetes None of those sound like good options. We have been working on this for a year and I don't really see an end. I took off the tracker for awhile because I thought it might be causing stress. I have it on now. I am hoping for at least 2 hours of deep sleep.

Also weight gain, which I don't need. Hope you find a solution. I haven't found one yet.

Not much I can do about it. Just have to keep following the doctors advice.

Sleep is an important part of our daily routine. Sleeping at the right time so our bodily function will properly do its duty to cleanse and get rid of the toxins we have accumulated in our waking hours. You should give them ample time of your wake up time.
