Deep Fried at the Fair!

Since someone was talking about deep fried butter at the fair, it got me wondering what kind of deep fried items I might see if I get to the fair this next week. I was totally shocked at the variety of options! I am not sure any of them sounded great to me.
Deep fried beer?
Deep fried mac and cheese?
Deep fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches?
Deep fried jelly beans?
Deep fried coke?
I am shocked and this is such a small portion of the list!!

I have heard of many deep-fried version but never had any.

It looks like we won't be going to the fair, so I guess I won't have to be concerned.

I do like scones, but those are the ones I deep fry at home.

I went to the state fair last year..I think I had deep fried Oreos..I have had the deep fried Pepsi as well. Most of those things sound a bit weird to be deep fried..but I am game for everything except the deep fried butter.

@Ghosthere2 It is mostly batter with a bit of pepsi thrown in there for flavor.

I wonder if they have to freeze them and then deep fry them. I am confused by the whole process.

The deep fried beverages and jelly beans are news to me. Deep fried mac and cheese and the PB and banana sandwiches sound good. When we used to go to the fair my favorites were Swiss cheese (deep fried) and corn dogs.

That is so weird. My grandson can make a sandwich out of anything...spaghetti, even veggie soup!
