Sleep Tracker Results

So I am not very happy with my sleep results. Even with medication I got 41 minutes of deep sleep. I got 2.5 hours of light sleep. I am totally missing the mark. I don't think there is much I can do to control it a this point. I am certain tomorrow I will be hearing from the doctor and the result are visible to her right now as well. Oh well, it is what it is and I have a busy day ahead. So I bet get over it and get moving.

Www, I ussually sleep 7 yours and I'm still didn't feel better

I usually get 2-4 hours of sleep a night; and I know I get some REM sleep because I dream. I'd be interested in hearing what your doctor has to say.

That is not much sleep. I slept pretty well last night, there were no distractions here. It is pretty overcast..so I think that helped.

I used to track my sleep with my fitbit but I decided it just made me more anxious, I sleep better without it.

I am sorry, I know that not sleeping well is a serious problem. I usually sleep 4 hours, it's not very long, but after the 4 hours I can get another couple of hours before getting up.

That is not much of sleep. I would have a headache the whole day if I sleep lesser as I should.
