I read earlier today in the news that Facebook may soon get rid of the like counter. Personally, this doesn't affect me one way or another, in other words I couldn't really care less. However, I know some people are obsessed w/how many likes they can achieve on social media, for them it's a status symbol or whatever. I'm sure their little hearts are breaking over it. Anyway, curious to know what my connections here think of Facebook taking this step I just mentioned. Image from Pixabay

I like being able to express my opinion by using the like button whether it's like or love or anger or agreement, etc.

I have seen some young people who base their worth on likes. That is so sad and manipulative.
