I used to but let me tell you a trick. Please drink loads of water during that period. This will help you to empty/ flush your menstrual system very fast. In my experience, the moment I tend to begin getting with the flo*, I will be aright. Till the I used to have this pain. But, trust me - drinking loads of water helps. You try it yourself and you will find the difference.

@Starkinds Oh I understand. That happens dear! If you are kind of tired you might get that pain before. Also, consider drinking buttermilk with a pinch of fenugreek seeds. That will also be of help..

Come on, you have some rest and some people say that and some doctors also say that after marriage maybe your pain is reduced a little bit or goes away.

@Starkinds There is also another one pain that you will experience later on birth pains. Those pains are the pains we men would never understand since we don't give birth so we have no idea how the pain willo be.

@Starkinds I'm surprised doctors won't let you have painkillers. I do have pain during mine on the very first day. I get bad stomach cramps and feel nauseous. Sometimes I get very hot but with chills too during the first day. Just horrible.

yep I still get them with the medicine I take, the cramps are not as bad, but those first two days are still a killer! I usually just take one Advil or Aleve if it gets really bad or I will use a heating pad to ease th pain.
hopefully your cramps go away soon!
