Sinus infection

Like i said before i was way better then got worst. I have sinus infection. My whole body aches. Specifically my teeth area and nose and cheeks.. Anybody know how to get rid of this?????

i have sinus and i feel the same.way..sleep is the solution or hot.drinks like.coffee or.chocolates

@Maria24 Don't forget hot chicken soup. If you like salsa have some on a meal. Spicy foods help me clear up.

Flonase--I tried everything else in the spring and it didn't help--Flonase did the trick

Things that help that do not involve doctors or medicine for me are a saline nasal spray often. Hot warm wash cloths to my face. A steamy bathroom. I do use generic fluticasone over the counter. I take guafenisen. (mucinex)
