Good night friends

I will say goodnight. I took my night meds at 8:15 and I'm getting sleepy now. It has been a good day. I got my diet bumped up from mechanical chopped back to regular. I'm fixing to snack on my fruit I didn't eat at supper. It is a fruit plate. Goodnight folks! Rest well.
