Now The Tenant Calls

Last night I called the ex tenant to ask her when she was coming for the rest of her stuff, since the male tenant refuses to answer his phone. She wanted the guy to come and move last night, for me to drive the hour or more round trip, open the door and wait or leave and he would lock up. No way! I told her to make an appointment for day hours, This is a business! 9-5 are the hours. That is when she explained the guy with the truck works days, and I explained I can be there at 5 pm and still daylight. So she did call back and made an appointment for this evening. She also told me that the guy was at the house today and the neighbor talked to him.

This will be an interesting day. To be continued ........tonight after " the move" or half of it, she done got almost all her stuff and its just his junk. I love this song!

Sounds like more fun with your tenants. Wow, isn't it fun dealing with them. I was wondering what that picture was of the girl? guy? I thought it was your tenant at first. But now I assume it the person who sings what ever that is.

@andriaperry LOL, well ok she, I have to say I thought it was a guy but wasn't sure. I didn't actually watch the video just seen the picture. Ok now I watched the video....umm what the hell just happened? I didn't understand what she was saying and what the video has to do with anything. Maybe I'm just getting to old?
