Strange But True!

Krishna Kalyanpur Patty is a Village in Panna district, near by Bhopal City, Madhya Pradesh state, which is a diamond mining area and the Government leases the land here to people to mine for the diamonds.
They lease this land in small pieces to local people including the laborers too!
Many a times people try their luck and often they fail in their attempt for generations together!
But Today I have a fairy tale for you that will be remembered for the lifetime!
His name is Prajapati, he leased a small 25 square feet area of land in Panna on September 20 , 2018.
He was a laborer who used to dig the lanfd for diamonds on daily wages. But this time he dared to lease the land for his own and started his work.
He was too lucky to strike a Diamond within a weeks time and the weight of the Diamond was 42.59 Carats in weight and costed 1.5 crores (1 Crore = 10 Millions) of Indian Rupees.
(One US Dollar = 71.82 Indian Rupees as on 05.09.2019).
The diamond was sold in the auction by the District mining officer and he was given the money after deducting the 11 % of taxes to him!
I thought of sharing this fairy tale to have some nice feeling in this stressful life! How do you like it? Your comments will be appreciated!

It a huge number in this days although i am working in diamond filed so i can understand its value. Nowadays diamond is at very low level so this price is good with quality of diamond. Most of company has purchased mine but mostly outside india. Glad to know about mine place in India.

Yes, today in our country the market for Diamond is very good and many people are protesting against the losing their jobs from this Industry! Hope with the time the things will change and Diamonds will once again start sparkling as usually in the market, though right now they are lacking the luster!

@AKRao24 the main reason is that too much corruption and duplicate diamond are in market so its effect of purchaser where also people not demand it like before as its costly thing. Sad but true that its never like before.

@birjudanak , Duplicate Diamond means Industrial Diamond or American Diamond? Or the synthetic diamond which is having no commercial value?

I hope that the authentic diamonds will reach their peak of selling. Not the fake ones.
