I am not on raw vegan diet

I want to be on 100% raw vegan diet. I think it would helps me with my health. I mean on anxiety and social phobia. I like to eat fruits and vegetables. I made a change. I eat 3 meals of raw food and sometimes 2 meals of raw food. I want to be more healthy. You tried to be vegan or raw vegan?

I did a raw vegan diet for a week and I felt so great. I payed a fortune for all the fresh veggies and I got burned out on it so fast though. It was really hard to go to restaurants and over to peoples homes. In the end it was just too much to stay on. Now I am 80% vegan. I don't focus on the raw part. I don't feel like its a terrible thing to cook some foods. We always have a basket of grab and go foods like apples or peaches to snack on. That helps so much. The other 20% of the time we try to be healthy but I am not going to feel bad about getting dressing on my salad and things like that. We still need to live in this world we are trying to survive.

I am on this diet and feel it has really worked well for me compared to where I was before.

@Moon24 I am both, except on rare occasions such as weddings. I find it has helped me with a lot of things.
