Diet

I am trying to diet and have a healthier lifestyle but I can’t seem to stick to the diets. It’s super hard especially with the cravings. I have found that if you eat the healthier snacks with less carbs it seems to make you feel less guilty eating them. I do go to the gym but it doesn’t seem like it’s doing the most job around my waist.. any suggestions

there are lots of diets on the internet..some are so extreme i did not even try it A few friends of mine followed intermittent fasting and it worked for them - they both go to the gym too.

I would say try to keep it plant-based, lots of salads, if you eat meat - LEAN meats, cut out junk, soda, etc. Drink lots of water and get plenty of exercise.
