I am trying to diet and have a healthier lifestyle but I can’t seem to stick to the diets. It’s super hard especially with the cravings. I have found that if you eat the healthier snacks with less carbs it seems to make you feel less guilty eating them. I do go to the gym but it doesn’t seem like it’s doing the most job around my waist.. any suggestions
