Good news my friend, this day I learned from my colleagues that the bank refunded the teachers 50% of what they stated over payment per se. We're so excited, then to prove it true I went to DPB branch near school and much to my surprise for they refunded me more than 50%. I felt happy. I wonder why they did not return the complete amount. What they're doing is a proof that they cheated people. The bank denied the allegations in the previous months that they cheated people and here comes now the 50% refund. This is one legitimate proof that there was no overpaynent, if there was, how come me and others in school received refund.They are liars. What must bank do? For me, bank must return the.money. Am I right? Thanks for dropping by, miss you guys.

I think bank problems are common everywhere and they are always doing thing that we need to take action. I am happy to know that you won the battle. Many time we have to fight for with them for our own money and most rubbish thing is that they even do with senior citizen too.

@birjudanak, thanks, I'm so sorry to hear your bank there abused senior citizens. I haven't heard that kind of abuse in Cagayan de Oro or else they will receive instant justice from the family and relatives of the victim.

@birjudanak oh, I see. That's usually how the oldies withdraw money Over the Counter for they cannot manipulate the ATM unless they have young escorts.

@cacay1 they not abuse but they want money for work which already comes in their job. When senior citizen go for money withdraw then they not do work strightly as they ask cash under table.

@Nakitakona I did not see a lawyer, our school has three lawyers. I should not trespass. There are bosses to decide not singly.

@Nakitakona, but they wrongly accused people in school overpayment last April withdrawal of our March salary. We don't owe a single centavo to DBP, so no reason why hold the remainder. We expect it to be returned in the next week salary.

@SIMPLYD no my friend they never, they are shameless. I will know next week if the remaining balance will be added to my salary. They're shameless just imagine they got our money in full then only to return staggard. What a shitttt on them.

@louievill, thanks, me and others were so amazed when bank sent a message to the accounting office that teachers were refunded. We are expecting the remaining balance to be returned after the next pay day. The bank cheated people.

@ilocosboy, the bank charged me and other 34 teachers over payment last April, but no extra money shown in the ATM when we withdrew our salary in DBP.
