i know some of us spend much time using our phones, laptops or TVs and of course it can harm our eyes and we can have headache.
our professor told us about "exercise" to rest our eyes from looking at the screen.
so, after we spend some time looking at the phone screen (20-30 minutes), we should take like 10-20 minutes looking at some point in the distance (or just not as close as out screen is). that way we're resting our eyes. then we can use our phone again and repeat the exercise after some time.
sometimes i do it and i can really feel my eyes resting. i just wanted to share it here because i thought it might be useful. but still...who's going to think about this exercise while using phone or laptop?
