Everyday I receive calls from staff and clients. These are the things that stress me everyday. That’s why i set my phone in a silent mode,
I also do the same when i travel. Phone calls and messages and messenger stress me everyday especially if tutors cant commit this day or if clients are a bit demanding.
But i make sure to reply to all inquiries. It’s just that i want this ‘alone moment’.
Do you also do the same?

Yes, when I do not want anyone to disturb me, I put my phone on silent mode

I put my phone on vibrate for most of the day and turn my ringer back on at night time when I’m going to be going to sleep so my alarm sound will go off

@Janet357 I get a lot of just spam calls so I have it on vibrate so if I nap it won’t bother me. They can always cal there dad’s phone if the school needs us or something.

my phone is usually on silent, but when i'm waiting for an important call or something, i turn the sound on. it's on when i'm away from home so that i can answer my phone if my parents are calling. i don't want them to worry
