Sometimes i wonder what their childhood was like. I feel like people have reasons why they turn out to be how they are.

OMG! She is indeed shameless.

But the video would clearly show that she was up to some misdeeds. People can use all sorts of bizarre excuses to save themselves.

It reminded me of one 'police' personnel in our locality tried to lift items from an all women run departmental store a few years ago.

This is the bad story or reality of shameless people who just want to get money ,stuff or anything without paying any penny

The woman got caught stealing, and decided to do whatever she could so they leave her alone. The thief's hat is burning. Usually, in big cloth stores, they put a chip on every shirt and pants so the chip detector alarms if something was taken out without being paid for. There are also cameras, so no one had to touch her. It is against the law, they are not cops, they have no authority to touch her. I think ...

yes that video is so viral and i think that sure they learn from video too as same kind of thing happened in other country as ladies did this kind of thing.

That is what is to be frowned regardless of who does it or under what circumstances.....even if its the result of poverty/illiteracy/sense of belonging/lack of controls.....it should be treated and dealth with punishment or penalties

This is a very sad state of affairs. Unscrupulous people are going to any extent to show that they are right. There was another recent incident in a popular Delhi NCR University where a rich girl got a few guys beaten up and framed over fake molestation charges, when all the guys had asked from the girl was to remove her wrongly parked car from their way.

I am not sure whether we are referring to the same video. The video is in a crowded scene and 4 or 5 lady are standing in front of a male worker (not sure he is working or he is the boss of the shop). They are having quarrel and then some of the lady raise up their sari dress then the male worker are angry. The male worker even throw the office chair towards them but did not hit them.
