HIIT workout

Are you trying to loose weight? Have u lost some weight and reached a plateau ( not loosing anymore) despite all your hardwork and diet ? This is a major problem that demotivates anyone from their workout regime. I myself lost 25 kgs in 8 months and was struggling with last 4-5 kg extra weight for more than a year. I was working out 5 days a week in gym with one hour yoga every alternate days. But nothing was working. I knew that when we weight train our body our body gains muscle and weight loss is just a number although you become leaner. Recently I started HIIT training on treadmill and elliptical together with the weight training and I found my weight dropping. Its not easy but its better than doing cardio for long time. Try it!!
