More and more landlords in my area who Have apartment s for rent This what they want first month rent last month rent. Security deposit which is the same amount as rent plus a 50% broker fee.. I say the person landlord should pay the broker fee.say a real estate broker got the landlord the renter.which means the landlord will be making money out this deal Why should the renter pay the broker fee? A lot apartment in my area for a 1 bedrooms us like $1500 a month plus ulties. If I have to pay a broker fee I will not rent that place no matter how nice it is. With all that money up front someone with good credit prolly get a good deal on a for close house

We could never find an apartment for $100 a month here. Anyway the landlord has to pay the brokerage fee.
