I think cutting down the food that are making fat and increasing stubborn fats

I am not an expert, but the first thing you got to do is believe in yourself and don't give up. Try to talk to a nutritionist or doctor, maybe they can guide you in a proper diet that is good for you, nobody is the same, what is good for you maybe doesn't work on me. Another one is try drinking water, it cleans you from inside and does not have sugar. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables and less meat. Try to go for walks, start with short walks then start to increase longer walks slowly, walking is good for your body and mind, especially if you walk were there isn't traffic.

I do pranayam and 5 minute work out plank. You can also drink honey and lemon with Luke warm water in an empty stomach in the morning.
