No Animal Welfare Laws In Vietnam (Shocking)

This is really shocking but true that there is no animal welfare law in Vietnam. A recent incident that has trolled the internet shows how cruel dog owners can be. A dog owner in Vietnam cut off her female dogs paw just to punish her because their neighbours complained regarding her running after her ducks and chickens. That was just not it but the husband of this cold-hearted women filmed everything on camera and had no remorse of what they were doing to that poor little animal. That's not all they were not willing to surrender that dog to animal activists, only after much pressure from media due to the video going wild and against their inhuman nature she agreed too. But later the dog was properly medicated after amputating a large part of her paw and was ready to be adopted was again returned back to her previous owner, what a shame. The owner was left with no charges as the country lacks law against animal cruelty, and now that the dog has been handed over to her she is free to do it all over.
