Reading makes you sleepy

Reading is one of my hobbies. Before, when I was in my twenties, reading was a very exciting hobby. But now it changes. Reading makes me sleepy. Is this a factor of aging. What do you think?

When you want to go to sleep, reading is a good way to get sleepy!!

Reading has always made me tired so thats why I dont read. I don't believe it has anything to do with age.

I don't think aging will affect in reading hobby because its a good thing and people like this hobby till very old age which i seen although i am not regular reader.
