I have a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan with a 3.3 engine. When I drive I cannot go past 3000 rpms which can make certain situations very dangerous. I am seeking all information as to what causes this. I hate to purchase a new computer for the vehicle ($200) if that is not the cause. Currently I am looking at maybe the ABS system causing the problem. Does anyone have or had this problem.
