Have women really come of age in teaching?

These days, lady teachers are in hot demand. They rub shoulders with male teachers. I feel gender discrimination is hardly perceivable or palpable in the domain of modern education.

Female teachers are so.many compared to the male. And that's reality.

I would say it is 50/50 . i think lady teachers are good for the younger child than elder child
