Internet has enlightened the world about the ruthlessness of the Asad regime (Syria). Because of internet, civil rights groups and organizations have gained ground. Do you think that the web has the potential to dethrone dictators?

The Internet can be used in a positive or a negative way. Terrorist organizations like to use the Internet to correspond. It is hard to stop a dictator in today's world.

No I don't think that the web has the potential to dethrone dictators as some people used the internet in a negative way.
