I wanted to talk about it a few weeks back, but it skipped my mind.
There was this evening when we were busy preparing for a festival.
My wife was very tired, and did not had the time and energy to make any new thing for dinner.
But I wanted Chapatis (Indian bread) with Kidney beans(Rajma- they were already made earlier).
So I rolled the dough and heated it on a Tawa(is it called Skrillet ?) .
And the chapatis with some oil were there.
You can see the results in the picture.
And I gave some bit of these to my kids also to taste and they were very happy!
Well I can cook a bit!!

@JudyEv
Yes but my wife rarely allows me in kitchen except for making tea, as she might not want experimentation!

@ShifaLk times have changed. I am not so much into the kitchen but there are men who are quite active in the kitchen.

@ShifaLk Yes and I have heard of some folks who shout at their wives if they do not get their desired things and some even used to slap.
But now such incidents are reducing. It is good that more and more womenfolk are standing up for their rights. But of course, that would make for a separate topic.

@MNRFOLEY frankly I am overall a below average cook in our kitchen except for making tea and a few more things.
