Is 24 hours enough for your stuff?

24 hours is relative short for busy people. When you say busy, you need to take a break from your stuff to make you more productive. To be honest, 24 hours is not enough to do everything we want to for the whole day. Internet is the main distraction sometimes when we want to stick to our routines. What is your thought on this?

I think that our body could only do so much that we have to alot 8 hours of rest to be able to do work the next day. We can extend our waking ours but in the long run it may be a health risk if you abused your body working overtime everyday of your life.

@Janet357 Yeah our bodies can only take so much in a day. If you keep on pushing it, it may take a toll on you in your old age. Some says that all the things that you do in your body today will reflect back when you get old. The more you abused it the more you shorten your lifespan and the condition of your health will deteriorate fast.

You have a point there, perhaps we just think of so many things we cannot accommodate in a day.

24 hours is enough if you focus on it and you have enough resources to do everything

I think 24 hours is enough to do lot of things if you don't waste it. You should understand the value of each and every minute.
