colds and the weather

my friends and client called me and they had one thing in common- both of them were having colds. the culprit was the weather.
well, i didnt get colds and cough but my back is aching. the other half again.
do you easily catch colds when the weather is bad?

if the temperature fluctuates too quickly our bodies and immune systems struggle to keep pace

@arthurchappell i think same here. we are in our late 30s but we feel pains in our feet when they are soaked in water

@Janet357 yer welcome. i dunno if'n our air'd be cleaner'r not? there'd not be that many trees here, all human planted. vast grasslands prior to such, with jest cacti sprinkled here'n there 'n some wild flowers.

No, the weather doesn't give me a cold. But, fall time kicks up our allergies, which react like a bad cold.

The cold virus is in the air here but I haven catched it or I slightly catched it but my system got rid of it

Thankfully I don't catch colds often but it's miserable when I do. The weather does bring about colds I think

I think the weather does influence our bodies especially in the winter months when it is cold and damp. The aches and pains come back with the changes in the weather. I do not always get colds but when I do it floors me!

I am susceptible to cold and fever whenever the weather is cold. I am grossed out by chilly winds.

I wish that the cold evanesces at the earliest. You can effortlessly chill then.
