Many people care little less or even ignored this except of living, or of this hard work in life (:-)) Then most suffers, as they are victims. Well, I found out that, when you do regular exercise of any kind, but regularly, like swimming, dancing, football, gymnasium, long walking, jugging, basketball, vollyball etc, just trying to make your system very warm, as the outcome of it. You will not have any sickness, dwelling inside your system, because of the internal heating, which will burn unwanted parasites, infection etc. But don't think, if it will easily kill STDs...so you will need their drugs, because its a virus. Many people gets into many diseases nowadays, just because they allow it to maneuver their bodies and for a long time. Yeah, their are numerous drugs and food supplements nowadays. But before a Gold, could become a wearable Gold, it will pass through a very high temperature before it becomes a wearable Gold and it glitters. So hoping that all should keep fitness regularly, as to run away from all kinds of disease, infections etc..right?

Swimming...one of the easiest exercise...indeed it's sweet and fun. Walking is good but under the sun, its not OK...for countries with high sun temperature, because of its ultraviolet rays from the sun, is not OK for the skin and will even distroy the skin for those using some hard body cream or lotion...that's why I think using Oil for the body can be the best too. Because Sun can not have affect or react to it readily, Oil can expand when heated and contrast when cooled. :-) although it can attract or absorb heat like black cloths do to Sun, but far better to some hard body creams or lotions when heated my Sun...just a thinking.

@ano460 You can walk in malls and cooler places to get away from the harsh sun.

@just4him OK but that's for people that takes walking as their exercise, I never think its one of my exercise. I like a terrible heat to gulch out from pores, also good for the skin.

I exercise daily. I vary my routine, so on some days I do aerobic exercises like running, swimming and walking, and on other days I do strength training like lifting weights. I also stretch daily too, in order to keep my muscles and my body loose and flexible.

@DianneN very good, this is all we need first, its our wealth even...I saw many and many richest men go down because of illness. and I guess the illness started in Sand size, but had grown up to kill the human.

Wow, I used to do such, every morning 5:30 am jugging every morning before going for business. And after that, during business hours, I could even love to stand alot, as I can easily stand (:-0) I think because of excessive energy inside which had be triggered, I can be forced to move around which helps Market research definitely. But now, I think again...better converting that daily morning exercise into daily night exercise, because after it, here comes a deep sleep, which wills heals, repaires the system much more better to the morning exercise which its energy is over floating and been used up or waisted (:-) But laziness comes in nights exercise but willingness makes it happen, because of healing, recovery etc while sleeping, i think its very important then.

@mrki444 yeah, that's cool. I use the timing as many thought going inside the head, to get to a certain result. And night exercise will help those people that hardly or sleep less.

Many people already saying this: they work household works etc, but at the long run, most came back to sickness. I think it might not be enough to heat up the internal organs, but depending on the type of the household works...some can be tough work. But I prefer a full exercise, that's why some people I know had not even get sick for about +20yrs now, because of regular exercise.

You know that laziness is a weakness, hindrance, a bridge to what ever you want to achieve? You know that. There are even many types of Massaging Machines which could warm up your body.
