Losing Weight

I've lost 48 pounds so far. I'm so proud of myself. It's been hard work, but all that hard work is paying off. I'm looking to lose another 100 pounds, but with the way my weight loss is going, I'll be 100 pounds lighter by this time next year.
What are your suggestions on weight loss?

Way to go! Drink alot of water, and eat water based vegetables light on the meat, and sweet and fats of course.

Thanks! I'm so excited about the weight loss. I've been drinking lots and lots of water. I've noticed that if I drink a huge glass of water before a meal, I eat less. And water has no calories, which is awesome! =)

Lots of water. Drink lemon water every morning before breakfast and atleast one other time during the day. Try to move around as much as you can. Some say that taking Apple Cider Vinegar helps.
A bigger portion of veggies in comparison to meat. Little to no starches...

Grats on the weight loss!
Add more weight training and HIIT to your workouts. Also, look at your eating and drinking habits.

That is great. It is very hard work and I know all about losing weight. That is so good. Do you walk? Do you exercise? Have you found something on the computer that will help you lose weight? If you eat in between meals maybe cut down on that.
