i m having acidity from last one year.
these are certainhome remedies which i do to reduce it without taking any medicine.
1.by drinking the mixture of white onion juice with sugar will give you relief.
2. grind white onions , mix sugar and curd in it and eat it to get relief .
3. by drinking pumpkin juice adding in it little sugar also gives relief.
4. by eating the mixture of 1tsp amla juice, 1 tola black raisins and half tea spoon of honey .
5. drink carrot juice.
6. by taking tulsi leaves either with curd or with butter milk.
7. if you get burning sensation after meal then take coriander seeds and cumin seeds powder along with sugar.
8. add 1 lemon juice and half tea spoon sugar in half litre of water. by drinking this water half an hour before lunch gives relief from acidity.
9. if you are out somewhere then you can take a cup of Vanilla ice cream or any bengali sweet like Rasgulla or Ras-mallai.
10. drink orange juice adding in it little roasted cumin seeds and Sindhalun gives very good results in Acidity.

u have discontinue or minimize intake of spice or chillies and avoid food cooked in cheap oils like from raodside dhabas. Take ant acids, digene,

hi,now a days its common problem,because of stress life....reduce tension...change food habbits[reduce spicy food]..maintain food timings........still problem...use DIGENE...GENTAC-150 mg...

Acidity is a problem but if you change your eating habbits and eat acoording to your health, you can get relief very fast. eating banana is very good because it helps in the formation of inner lining in the stomach which is destroyed in acidity problem. you should stop drinking coffee and tea, instead you should drink cold milk and prefer cow's milk. banana shakes are also recommended. you can make a porridge and add banana, in that milk, muesli or oatmeal or whatever you are adding. it is tasty as well as healthy.
