Quick shower

I don’t really like taking showers but after going on a 3.5 mile hike with my 7 year old. I knew I need to shower or take a bath before I go to sleep. Finally after all the kids where in bed asleep. I ate a snack then got into the shower to wash up and get all that sweat off of me.
I feel better but my legs are scream at me that they hurt. They got a pretty good work out.

It is my habit to take a bath before bedtime. I couldn't sleep without a bath.

Actually bad for the skin to take a bath or shower daily. It kills off your body oil which is there to protect you. So they say only bath when you have been really sweaty, work in the medical field, or every other day.
Last night was the one for the past few days and it was hot yesterday especially for hiking.

It wasn’t a work out. I went hiking with my 7 years Boy Scouts because parents need to go with them.

I would have soaked in the tub but I was too tired so I settled for a shower and the hot bed
