Hi everyone. My name is Eden from the Philippines. I'm sorry if I had to start about depression, I have few people around me fighting that battle, so I thought I have to share and also make other people aware of it because not everyone is taking it seriously.
But anyways, I'm loving it here! People are very friendly. You can express your thoughts, and you get responses from people all over the world. I mean this is amazing! I think I'm gonna make a lot of friends.

Depression is an issue around the world. Most people think it is something minor but there are many who find themselves stuck in that place and cannot find the way out. Talking helps, keeping a journal helps, finding things to be occupied with helps. (I managed to step out of a ten year depression by doing these things and a few more. Will be happy to talk with you if you wish.)

i hope that your friends get better sometime and you can try to help them, but try to maintain your own health. you're going to bed pretty early haha welcome again
