The pufferfish is very poisonous and it can lead to death. Only the qualified chef can handle this kind of fish. I heard it really tastes well. Will you take a risk to try it? I am not very interested in it. There are so many delicious seafood in the world and it is no need to make a risk. Especially it costs so much and it is not worthy.

Yes, it is very expensive. My boss ever tried it and told us about it. He said it really tasted well but actually his description was not good enough for me

@youless No matter how good it tastes I do not risk my life. A little distraction and the fugu is not perfectly cleaned and you die.

I think it is called Fugu in Japan where it is very expensive as a delicacy. I wouldn't risk my life with that fish.

@Alexandoy You are right, it is called Fugu, they slice it very thin and eat it raw.

Tastes good huh? I think I'd have do some research on the cook before I would eat any of it. Have to be sure the cook knows what he is doing. I too enjoy shrimp, lobster, crab, salmon, trout, etc. So I don't feel there is a shortage on fish I like so I don't really need to eat it.

I once read an article about pufferfish poisoning, it sounds too risky to me. It is possible to eat it if it is prepared the right way, but if I don't know who the chef is or what kind of qualifications they have I wouldn't eat it.

I heard the chefs will taste the pufferfish at first. If they are fine, then you can start your dish
