I think you need to have a checkup with blood chemistry and urinalysis. The burning sensation points to kidney problem.

drinking a lot of water really helps and can cure a lot of sickness. drink at least 8 glass of water a day. No soda and less caffeine for a better and faster result. It will help you urinate all the toxins in your body and urinating as often as you could will lessen the PUS (white blood cells) on your urine. Drink a glass of lemon juice with no sugar every morning and every night. Been there, done that! Get well soon. Health is wealth!
