Totally Disappointed

Last week I ordered a fitness tracker. It didn't cost much and now I know why. The description didn't say anything about it only being the strap but told me all I could expect from my fitness tracker.
I just took this useless strap out of the package. So, it looks like I'll keep figuring out all my numbers manually with the Internet as my guide.
Have you ordered something and when it arrived you were totally disappointed with it?
Thanks for reading. Image mine.

I hate when that happens but I'm sure you can return it. Then you can get the item you actually wanted. Unless of course the fitness tracker has interchangeable bands you can keep it and use it at some point.

When I looked at the Wal-Mart site again, I saw what I missed when I ordered it. It's a replacement band for a fitness tracker. I can still send it back for a refund.

I would have been more than disappointed! I'd want my money back! If you ordered from Amazon, you'd get it back soon as blinking! If you ordered from anywhere else by credit card, your credit card provider should refund you (and then attempt to recover the payment themselves, if you complain promptly) if the supplier won't.

@just4him if it's from amazon and you want to return it make sure you say it's "not as described' and they will pay the shipping.

Some sales sites you have to be very careful. I did that a few years ago through Amazon. But they took the rubber bands back no problem. I thought I was ordering a whole craft kit that used them.

There are thousands of scams out there, all meant to cheat us out of money. A, unbelievably low price, beware!

@kobesbuddy It wasn't a scam. I didn't read it fully. I'm getting a refund.

So, they only send the strap? They forgot the rest?

'twas a bit 'f a battle coz they t'were 'used'. how else'd ya know such 'twas so faulty?

@just4him wonderful news, hon. no worries, i got 't straightened out. both 're short-haired pups 'n there'd be some winters where those thermal coats 're needed fer 'em.

@Happy2BeMe I looked for them at Wal-Mart this morning, but they didn't have any on display. I might look at Amazon and see what I can find.

@just4him There are cheaper models that work really well. Just keep looking. I bought one for my grand daughter for less then $10 and it works great.

Oh no, I am so sorry to hear that! I have done that before....ordered something thinking it was the actual item and not just an accessory or part and was disappointed. Sometimes they need to be more clear in their descriptions!
I know at Target they had an actual tracker, like the Fitbit, but an off brand....for around $15....so surely they do have other trackers for a fair price.

@just4him That's good, I didn't know if you had a Target there or not. Oh yeah, I understand that....the car is most important to get things taken care of before Winter.
