A while back my wife pulled out a Polska Kielbasa from the freezer to thaw.

I made supper from it with thinly sliced potatoes, onions and apples. It was really good. The next time I do something like this I plan on adding shredded cabbage to it, too. Does anybody else have any suggestions for this kind of recipe?

I often fry sausage links with sliced potatoes, onions, and carrots. I might have to try it with cabbage sometime.
