PayPal issues

Hey guys good morning...have you ever experienced issues with your PayPal account... especially Account Limitation issues..? Few weeks ago my PayPal account was limited.. when I go to the Resolution Center it asked me to upload my proofs but then it said that I can't use PayPal anymore that my account is permanently limited.. and then I send a mail to the PayPal and got a reply and then they contacted me through a phone call and then my account was retrieved..but it took three weeks for me to get my account back...have you ever experienced this kind of issues with PayPal or any other payment services?

My Paypal account is connected to my credit card so I guess I wouldn't have that issue.

The issue I've encountered in Paypal is that I cannot log-in. I've contacted them and gladly it was fixed.
