what do you often do before sleeping?

me, brush my teeth and take my half bath...most cleanser to my face then comb my hair many times then sleep...

i love sleeping!!! just before sleeping i go to my terrace, have a nice look at d moon, for, say 10 mins, come back, turn on some light music, and then its zzzzzzzzzz...

i brush my teeth and relax my body before i sleep that will make me have a good sleep and deep sleep.
