Have you noticed at the bottom of a lot of store receipts you're asked to give your opinion of your purchasing experience? Usually they offer a chance to win either points or gift cards. Do you ever take the time to answer their questions? I just did one that offered two monthly prizes of 1 million points or $1000 in store gift cards.
I wonder what my chances are of winning?

Often the cashier will mention it and circle the pertinent part before handing me the receipt.
