Hello best regards. Today I want you to help me how to make a natural remedy for the skin since my sister was in the sun for a long time last weekend at the beach. I understand that the skin is dehydrated and it is advisable to moisturize it. who helps me?? Could you advise me something? I would appreciate your comments.

This is such a beautiful beach. In a tropical beach like that I use a high factor sun cream. Coconut oil helps skin and it is natural. It is wise for your sister to cover her arms and legs next time. Maybe she could wear a wide brimmed hat.

@andersonc I love tropical countries. In 2011 I traveled to Colombia where I saw the most beautiful beach on the Caribbean coastline. Yes, I used to live in a different area in England called Kent. It has beautiful sandy beaches in Kent like Rams Gate and Mar Gate. I loved the White Cliffs of Dover. Where I live now the beaches are pretty yet the sea goes out a long time. Swimming isn't possible due to dangerous tides. There is also sinking mud which can be dangerous In Cornwall I found a very stunning looking cove.

@maximax8 Hi. Colombia is a neighboring country and we have identical weather, maybe in some regions a little different but not much. If you travel on another occasion I recommend my country and I can serve as a tourist guide without charge. regards

I miss the sea beaches. Due to lockdown for the last few months I did not go anywhere.
