Rock Painting Today

I'm leaving soon for rock painting.
I got caught up quite a bit this morning because I didn't go to the pool this morning. It's also doubtful I'll walk today. I really overdid it yesterday by walking at Wal-Mart for an hour. Next time, I won't push it so much.
When I get back I'll have the health report and show you the rocks I painted last week and if I can, bring home the one I'm going to paint today. Right now, I only know of one I'm going to paint. I asked my son's friend if she wanted a rock and she said yes and I asked her what she liked. I printed out a picture of Pikachu. It looks easy enough to draw and paint.
I don't have a lot of plans for today, so I hope to get caught up here before the game tonight between the Packers and Eagles here at Lambeau.

I’m still enjoying Thursday. I walked over two miles with Doodles today in my backyard after walking today with friends. I read at the library, and am going out tonight with hubs and friends. I also baked a cheesecake for dessert at their house.

It’s good to take a day off from exercising to rest your body and muscles. I’ve been walking for 22 years now, so it’s nothing but normal for me. However, I only use the gym every other day and take different classes. I couldn’t go this week due to my black and blue face. I don’t wear makeup at the gym - just lipstick.

That's wonderful. See, you don't just feed Doodles in the kitchen. You make desserts too. 
That's great you got all that exercise in. Me - I'm recuperating from yesterday. I have this mentality that I'm still young. My body reminded me otherwise when I could barely move with all the store walking I did yesterday. No swimming or walking today. We'll see what happens tomorrow.

tryin' to get the hubs organized so's he can leave'n the morn fer his huntin'/campin' trip. he calls 't huntin', i call 't campin' 's he ne'er bring home nothin' more'n rotted foods 'n dirty clothes. he 'lways waits 'til the last minute 'n that drives me a tad o'er the edge.

I've now done all the walking I'm going to do today. I had to drop off some paperwork at Social Services, then went over to the Senior Center, but didn't stay as my friend isn't there. Now, I'm here and going to get caught up before the game tonight.

That's awesome your painting rocks. They started a rock painting group at a library about 40 minutes from me but I haven't gone. I painted many rocks a few years ago but maybe one a year last year and this year. I have one I painted green a few weeks ago and need to finish.

My friend picks up rocks from various parks and with beach shores. Not really beaches as you can't swim, but it's a good place to get rocks.
