Good morning.
Yesterday we went apple picking.
The first crop of Macintosh apples.
They were hard still and some problem in slicing it.
Maybe should have waited a week or so to mellow
But did not want to wait and stubborn as I continued on my task.
Yes the apples were tough to sliced but did finish my task.
Tonight at dinner we will sample this or wait till tomorrow?
The apples were picked at the orchard near by here.

I am with you on this one Anna. I like the pie warm also so the ice cream starts to melt a little bit. I love the smell of any pies cooking. Now you have me craving that.

@amadeo we have lots of fruits, tropical fruits people have not heard of or tasted, apples, grapes and pears are what we do not have, also berries, only strawberries and it was just brought here by the Americans in the 1900s.
