Too hot? Increase in temperature. Too cold? Lower the temperature.

I have this employee keeps on complaining about the temperature she keeps on saying that the temperature is too old. They lower it down then, later on, she wants to increase the temperature and they're going to increase it. After a few minutes or hours, she will complain again. How are you going to handle this type of employee?

i dont like.such employee. i have one who also complains a lot. i did advise her. In a gentle manner though.

Tel her to bring a jacket. Everyone has to compromise on the temp of the office!

True. She's affecting everyone in that department since the temperature is kept on changing because of her.
