does smoking really harm women? if so, how? i had to temporarily give up smoking when i was pregnant, but now i smoke regularly for the past 7 yrs. i have noticed that my facial skin has become shallow without any life, but no sagging yet. i'm 34. is this due to smoking or is it natural?

I think it harms the baby, when you are pregnant....other than that I think the after effects are the same for men and women. I don't smoke and I don't have friends who smoke. So, I can't say anything about your problem. I'm sorry. Thanks for your valuable response to my discussion.

yes it definately gives you bad wrinkled skin and many other bad things. if you can possibley do it, then do it. take it from an old wrinkled smoking woman thats been doing it for 42 yrs now and cant quit this late in life.
