Do you like to borrow things from others?

One thing I don’t like the most is to borrow things from others, like shirts, shoes, pants and other things. I also don’t like to lend my things to others coz for me, I believe that it’s yours and yours only.
The boyfriend use to be like that. He likes to have his things borrowed by friends, and friend never returned them and end up owing them. I mean, it’s okay to be kind sometimes but needs to be responsible for the things he lends to friends.
For me, it’s not okay to be like that.
Always borrowed whenever they like.
People also should be responsible for their actions.

I never borrow clothes, shoes and other private things to others. When I never like them, I sell them in the second hand market.

I don't like to borrow/share. But with my sister we sometimes do (not clothes because we don't fit.) but like yarn, soil, random stuff. Or when I buy a lot of something I would give them to her and vice versa.

I grew up in a family that thrived on hand me downs. What I mean is that when a person outgrew something the younger person would inherit it.
None of us borrow things though, not even my friends. A friend of mine will give me her old clothes when she is no longer wanting them as she knows that I love receiving them.

I agree with your policy. No borrowing for me.
