Seven ways to stay motivated each day.

I came across this seven ideas on how to stay motivated and they are incredible. They are very simple things to do but we sometimes forget to do them because we focus our attention on the cloud of uncertainties sorrounding us. Read ahead to find out what you can do to stay motivated.
1. Take it one day at a time.
Life is too short to rush it. Enjoy every minute that you breathe. Even the bible in Ecclesiastes 9:4 says, “anyone who is among the living has hope- even a live dog is better off than a dead lion. “ There is no need to spend the present in hopelessness while you are alive. Let it go, have hope and ?? smile today, I mean now.
2. Surround yourself with positivity.
Ensure that you live in an environment that manifests positivity. That means the people around you, the things around you, what you do yourself and most important is what your thoughts are.
3. Create a dream board.
Yes! You should ask yourself what you want in life, make realistic goals and work towards them daily. To make it easier to achieve this goals, you should visualize yourself achieving them.
4. Reward yourself.
What is it that you have been denying yourself in order to achieve your goals? Is it that pair of shoes? That cup of coffee you like so much? A particular dress that you couldn’t afford? Now is the time to treat yourself to it. You deserve it after all the hard work you have put in. I once read somewhere that you should not reward yourself with food though, I don’t know if that is right. Maybe the person who came up with it thought that you might eat a lot of food due to happiness then end up constipating????. Or just the fact that you should buy something that can stay for long such that you will always look at it and remember that time you achieved something great.
5. Acknowledge your attributes and recognize your progress.
Sometimes we fail to see ourselves as great people or that we are making some progress. You should consider that. If you don’t, you might end up not rewarding yourself or worst, thinking that you are not good enough.
6. Be kind to yourself.
It is so easy to beat ourselves up sometimes. I am such a kind of person who can get so hard on herself for even the smallest things. I have learned with time that it is best go easy on myself sometimes. You should treat yourself like a child who is hurt. When a hurting child is crying, our first impression is usually to comfort them, right? That is how you should do to yourself too.
7. Don’t compare yourself with others.
This has been said time and again. You should live your life. If you are busy living other people’s lives, who will live yours for you? You should compare yourself with yourself. Remember where you were last year and see where you are now. Have you improved in something? Let others be who they are, let them achieve as much as they can and let yourself be yourself.
