Health Report - Day 98

It was a good day yesterday food-wise. I had the same three meals, though only one banana. Plus my healthy chocolate bar. With the rain, I didn't get out to walk and didn't go to the pool. I did lug some tables at Writer's Guild last night if that counts for exercise. My friend and I were the first ones there and set up the room for the second month in a row. Next month we meet in the boardroom again, so we won't need to set up the room. I hope we have enough room for everyone. We were in the lower level because the room is bigger.
So, here are yesterday's totals.

Sugar: 29
Carbs: 151
Protein: 63.3
Sodium: 591
Fat: 44.4
I just checked the weather for today and almost got excited that I might get back to the pool tomorrow. The rain will start at 2 AM and go through the day. Friday is dry. I'll be back at the Y on Friday. However, tomorrow is payday so I will be walking at the two stores - Wal-Mart and Aldi. So, there will be some exercise tomorrow.

Hope once you get some dry weather that it sticks around for awhile. I'm sure you miss being in the pool.
Your numbers look good. I'm doing good with the eating but really need to move more.

Your numbers are good, again for yesterday. We had more rain last night and a little bit this morning. When will it stop? I'm still not certain if it will! LOL

@kobesbuddy We finally have a few days of dry weather. It was great seeing the sun yesterday. They're talking snow in northwest Wisconsin by the weekend.

Too much junk food for me. I just hope side effect doesn't start showing up now. As long as I do the basic exercise like press up and squatting am good to go.
