I'm just wondering if some here could share other recipe for baby back ribs. I bought two huge pieces of it in a sypermarket and I really love its tenderness. Meats are more expensive there but they are of good quality. What do you usually do with your baby back ribs?

I personally would cook them in the slow cooker with bbq sauce.

I hope you found a good recipe, I usually look for how to make something from food network, or look up a chef, that is on tv and look to see if they have how to make it online.

I put them at 350 for and hour and a half. For the last fiveteen minutes I put on barbecue sauce and the ribs fall right off the bones.

I like to season them and cover them with bell peppers, onion and a small amount of jalapeƱos . Then seal pan with foil and cook in oven slowly.

I used to slow smoke them but that's not an option any longer. I'd slow bake them in the oven. You can find many recipes online for oven-cooked ribs. This isn't a cut of meat that you can cook quickly unless you have an Instant Pot.

I boiled them first in garlic and salt until they are soft. Then I season them and bake them at 350 degrees for about an hour before coating them in barbecue sauce and baking them for another 20 minutes or so
