My husband’s boss had been complaining of severe headache. There were more things he felt but I did ask anymore to investigate. But my mother-in-law told me that he lost his weight tremendously and even went to hongkong and singapore for the cure.
The doctor told him that it was because of the Japanese foods he ate like sushi and sashimi.
There was even a documentary I watched some years ago when a couple went to South Africa. there, they made a sushi out of the catfish they caught.
When the couple went back to their country, the wife had complained of severe headache. When he underwent a CT scan, she found out that there was bacteria eating her brain.

I do not know if that is true but if you look at Japan they like to eat raw foods and many of them are not affected at all. I think it has something to do with how raw foods are prepared. If you would want to eat one you should see to it that it is fresh and cleanly prepared. If not then I guess that would be a problem indeed since bacteria can easily live on these food.

Many Japanese enjoy eating raw food just like sushi and sashimi, sometimes I also have such food with friends outside. I don't think the food is dangerous, the more important is the food is fresh and well prepared.

This is why food is COOKED first after cleaning it.

Ever since I was a boy, I had an aversion to raw fish or meat.
