It’s been awhile

I couldn’t remember the name of this site so it took me awhile to figure it out. Now I’m back to give it another go around it’s going to take awhile for me to get back in the groove of things. I have so many things I want and need to get off my chest that I don’t even know where to start ......bracing myself for this journey lol. I’ve worn so many hats, assumed so many roles that I’ve lost sight of me and who I was so hopefully this is my path to a healthy mental recovery. My goal is to get there one post at time.
