It is reading habit or addition

Reading habit is good habit we all know it. I am getting notification from Quora digest. It have many news. These are like gossips. I like to read it. Some time I spend lot of time on it. some time it have useful information and some time only gossip. I can't stop my self from reading these. I don't know my this habit is good or bad one. You have this habit.

@anil02 No, I read a lot,but not online.I read books.I have a home library of my own.Reading is a good habit.I have not joined any site other than mylot.
